Operations Manager - Investor Creator

Remote | Full-Time | $60,000-$80,000/year DOE

Investor Creator is looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. This is a high-responsibility role for a proven operator who can take ownership, drive results, and ensure our business runs efficiently at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, hire, and manage VA’s and operations staff with accountability for their output.
• Oversee all operational processes, logistics, and critical projects.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date data and spreadsheets for all meetings and reporting.
• Own tech/CRM projects and coordinate quarterly reporting with our statistician.
• Communicate directly with company owners daily to ensure execution on priorities.
• Deliver clear end-of-day reports detailing task completion and status.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing operations and teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in digital marketing or education companies preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless drive for accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act independently.
• Reliable, proactive, and accountable; comfortable making decisions.
• Excellent communication and responsiveness (Mon–Fri, with occasional weekends).
• High ticket operations experience required.
• GHL experience (or other CRM) required.
