We at Coforge are hiring a P&C Business Analyst cum Product Owner with the following skillset :

  • Knowledge and understanding of both Scrum & Kanban methodology within the Agile framework.
  • Hands on Experience in P&C domain
  • Define and Manage the Product Backlog.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Set the Product Vision and Strategy so as to clearly articulate the product vision and align it with business goals.
  • Communicate the long-term strategy to the team and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize Needs to balance scope, budget, and time for prioritizing features that deliver the most value.
  • Make trade-off decisions based on business value and customer impact.
  • Gather feedback and ensure the product meets user needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Team and work closely with the Scrum Master and the Development Team.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Accept or Reject Work Results and review completed work to accept or reject it based on the Definition of Done.
  • Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement business requirements through project initiatives.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and IT employees and vendor partners to deliver business commitments.
  • Conduct business stakeholder meetings and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Construct workflow diagrams and write detailed specifications.
  • Take leadership on initiatives and collaborate with the project manager to drive projects forward.
  • Ability to lead people and create a sense of teamwork to deliver business.
  • Experience in creating BA artifacts like workflow/process flow diagrams, use cases, specification documents and form reports.
  • Manage business expectations through prioritization, requirements, user acceptance testing and transparent communication.
  • Work with Business stakeholders, Development, and Testing teams to provide clarifications on requirements or issues during implementation.
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Good problem and business solving skills.
