What You’ll Do
• Serve as a luxury brand ambassador—interacting with high-end guests, homeowners, and vendors
• Support daily operations across multiple luxury properties: guest prep, quality checks, staging, supply runs, vendor coordination
• Provide personal support to the owners: errands, scheduling, reservations, shopping, organizational tasks
• Assist with small events, hospitality experiences, and special requests
• Perform property walkthroughs and identify maintenance or cleaning needs
• Manage urgent tasks with professionalism and confidentiality
• Think proactively—anticipating needs and offering solutions

Required:
• Flexible schedule — weekends, evenings, and holidays are required
• Humble, hands-on, service-driven mindset
• Strong local knowledge of Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, and St. Augustine
• Polished, presentable, and comfortable in luxury service settings
• Reliable personal transportation
• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Excellent communicator with a discreet and professional demeanor
• Experience in hospitality, luxury service, concierge work, or personal/executive assistance
