We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Personal Lines Marketing Specialist to join a well-established agency in Baltimore, MD . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in personal lines by gaining exposure to a variety of carriers and working closely with both clients and producers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in quoting new and renewal business across multiple personal lines carriers.
• Collaborate directly with underwriters at various carriers to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance.
• Work alongside producers and account managers to finalize and issue new policies.
• Help maintain strong carrier relationships and gain insight into carrier appetite, coverage nuances, and procedures .
• Support the agency’s marketing efforts by ensuring proposals are competitive, complete, and aligned with client needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in personal lines insurance (agency or carrier side) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and carrier representatives.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within the personal lines space.
• P&C license is a plus but not required to start.
• Must be very computer savvy and precise
• Ideal candidate understands carrier appetites
