Pride Health is hiring Float - Phlebotomist to support our client’s team in Birmingham, Hoover, Tuscaloosa (Travel Across All 3 Areas) . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to support multiple Patient Service Centers across Birmingham, Hoover, and Tuscaloosa. This is a 100% travel-based role , requiring daily movement between various sites to assist with high-volume patient flow. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and able to deliver quality patient care in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform 35–40 blood draws daily with accuracy and professionalism
· Process blood, urine, and other specimens
· Deliver excellent customer service in high-volume patient service centers
· Maintain specimen integrity, accurate labeling, and compliance with safety standards
· Work both independently and in team settings depending on site needs
· Stand for most of the workday and adapt to fast-paced environments
· Travel daily within the Birmingham–Hoover–Tuscaloosa region
· Collaborate with internal staff, team leads, and external patients
Skills & Qualifications :
· Minimum 1 years of phlebotomy experience (required; less than 1 years is not eligible)
· High school diploma or GED
· Strong phlebotomy skills, including comfort with difficult draws
· Ability to work independently in a small office environment

· Job Type: 13-week contract
· Pay Range : $17 - $19 hourly
· Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
