Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development for new and existing products to support the company’s product portfolio
- Conduct research, testing, and experimentation to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and production teams to align formulations with customer expectations and industry trends
- Drive continuous improvement of product performance and stability through innovative formulation strategies
- Ensure all formulations support broader business objectives and maintain high standards of safety and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in formulation development
- Experienced in formulation and production of sanitizers from raw materials, with a background in food safety and sanitation
- Experience in Water treatment
- Proficiency in analytical methods such as HPLC, GC, IR, or comparable lab instrumentation is desirable
Salary: $95K-$120K
