We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the assembly, installation, and service of electronic signage. This role requires strong leadership, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage production workflows, inventory, and field service operations.
Supervise and coordinate electronic sign assembly, production activities, and workflow.
Manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials tracking.
Handle product procurement, including sourcing, ordering, and working with vendors/suppliers.
Safely operate and drive a service or bucket truck to various job sites.
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic signs and related components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment to complete service and installation tasks.
Maintain accurate production logs, service reports, and material usage records.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve production efficiency, quality control, and project timelines.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in customer service and client communication.
Required: Experience driving and operating a service truck or bucket truck.
Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical wiring, and LED sign components.
Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools and small power tools.
Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently or as part of a production team.
Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
Experience operating a service or bucket truck.
Basic electrical/electronic repair knowledge.
Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
Strong customer service skills.
