Job Title: Project Analyst (Construction Focused)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a sharp, articulate, and execution-focused Project Analyst to join a fast-growing, high-impact team working on multi-million and billion-dollar projects. You’ll work side-by-side with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure across operations, project tracking, and strategy execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend meetings with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Track, manage, and execute project action items from ideation to completion
- Create presentations, reports, and documentation (PowerPoint, decks, status updates)
- Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, MS Project) to maintain timelines
- Support ongoing construction, data center, and high-stakes projects
- Learn fast and adapt in a dynamic, entrepreneurial 10-person company
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of post-college experience in a project analyst, project coordinator, or junior PM role
- Strong written and verbal communication clear, confident, and client-ready
- Background in construction management or junior construction PM is a plus
- Any Data Center (DC) experience is a huge bonus (but not required)
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills — knows how to "get stuff done"
- Experience with creating decks, writing status updates, and keeping execs informed
- Smart, emotionally intelligent, and eager to grow

- Comfortable working onsite daily in Miami office
- Able to work with ambiguity and juggle priorities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
