Job Description



The Real Estate Manager (REM) will support Vuori’s retail expansion and existing retail portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate, the REM will play an active role in Vuori’s growth by managing the site selection process, negotiating leases, and building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners. 

What you'll get to do:

  • Evaluate markets and perform due diligence for potential new store locations 
  • Prepare and negotiate Letters of Intent, work letters and exhibits 
  • Partnering with Finance to prepare and evaluate project proformas 
  • Prepare packages and presentations for deal approval 
  • Collaborate with Design and Construction partners through full life cycle of projects, 
  • ensuring sites deliver on brand expectations 
  • Negotiate leases, license agreements, amendments, etc for new and existing locations 
  • Develop and manage critical path milestones to ensure on-time delivery of executed 
  • leases and store openings 
  • Track and report deal and project status 
  • Manage and issue reports to cross functional partners and senior leadership team 
  • Support planning and execution of market tours in coordination with brokerage teams 
  • Partner with lease administration and finance to manage critical dates, and lease terms. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Landlords and brokers 
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to support department goals 
  • Assist in creating efficiencies within the department and analyzing the impact on the 
  • business 
  • Provide meaningful and actionable insight, drawn from experience 
  • Travel required up to 25%

Qualifications



Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in site selection and deal making from an in-house Retail Real Estate 
  • Experience with financial and market analysis 
  • Ability to manage numerous projects and varying stages in the Real Estate Development Process 
  • Basic Project Management understanding and skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to proactively identify issues, prioritize and coordinate resolutions 
  • Ability to work independently and summarize complex issues for diverse audiences 
  • Highly organized, focus on details, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal

The salary range for this role is $109,000 per year - $140,000 per year.
