You're the person who  gets it. You embody our "modern prep with humor and flair." You have that effortless style, that natural charm, and that "wink" our brand is built on. You're less about perfection and more about having fun with fashion.

This hybrid role is for a natural networker who will act as the face of our brand in Chicago. Your primary mission is to connect with other style-conscious individuals who share our spirit, bringing them into the Marc Nolan social club as new customers and event attendees.

• Host the Social Club: Embody our "modern prep with humor and flair" aesthetic. You'll be a key brand representative, showcasing how to mix, match, and create a look that's uniquely your own.

• Community Networking: Proactively network to build genuine relationships with individuals, groups, and businesses that align with our brand's spirit. Your goal is to find new people and invite them into the Marc Nolan club.

• Be a "Style Passport": Act as a style expert for our customers. Help them mix, match, and find their own look, encouraging them to live boldly, feel good, and have fun.

• Event Coordination: Help plan, promote, and host our in-store events—from new collection launches to community mixers. You'll leverage your network to drive attendance and make our flagship feel like a true club.

• Merchandising: Assist in keeping the store looking sharp, inspiring, and full of contemporary charm.

• You Embody the Brand: Your personal style is a natural fit— effortless, charming, and preppy with a modern twist. You care more about personal flair than chasing trends.

• The Ultimate Host: You have a natural charm and humor. You thrive in social settings, love bringing people together, and are the life of the party (or at least know how to get it started).

• A Chicago Insider: You are deeply connected within the Chicago men's style, social, or creative communities.

• Retail Savvy: You have previous experience in contemporary men's fashion, luxury retail, or a similar brand-facing role.

• Flexible: You have part/full-time availability, including the ability to work weekends and evenings for events.
