Job Title: Risk Adjustment Medical Coder (Provider Educator)
Office: New York, NY 10017 **Must reside in NY - do not apply if you are not a NY resident**
(REMOTE, must be open to going into the office once per quarter)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Pay: up to $102,000 (based on experience)
Shift: M-F day shift
Requirements:
Education: Must have Bachelor's Degree
Overview: Seeking a CRC Coder with provider education experience who can help educate providers on risk and quality measures. They need someone with strong coding experience as well as provider relations/education experience. They need to be a very strong communicator. If someone is working toward their CRC, that is okay.
Someone with a strong RADV coding background, the ability to build and teach on changes to the coding requirements with the Providers and Provider Relations team, and someone who can work independently/manage the workload like a caseload. They need someone who can understand what the needs are for the role and can take initiative to get the work done without needing to have everything laid out.
