A food manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Tucker, GA. This position is responsible for secretarial and administrative duties to maintain organized and efficiently run operations for all personnel in the branch/regional sales office An associate degree or higher, 2-5 years of experience in the broker or food industry, and experience in Microsoft Suite programs (Excel - V look up, cubes/PowerPoint) is required. This is a full-time, exempt, in-person position (hybrid work after 6 months ) excellent benefits, bonus, and 401k. *** Inventory, logistics, retail grocery, e-com food, Ethnic market, food & beverage industry (distributer) etc. experience preferred***
Sales Administrator Duties:
-Process orders into EDI system/confirm with brokers/customers via email or fax.
-Process change orders with warehouses, follow up with broker/customers on changes.
-Process Industrial product sample on Industrial sample application.
-Process retail/foodservice promotions in Citrix
-Work with Branch Sales Managers in DMS and process broker commission adjustments when needed.
-Handle Broker/customer request for special documents via TDS site i.e. Allergen Statements, Letter of Guarantee, Certificate of Origin
-Process monthly sales projection report for private label/co-branded items in regional market area.
-Process monthly TIS/CSA reports to branch staff and brokers after month end, monthly Nielson reports to staff.
-Process Branch Sales Managers' sales reports, demo reports, and create ship reports.
-Work with Distribution department to monitor inventory and process stock request to avoid shortages / excess inventory at warehouses.
-Monitor slow moving or soon to expire products, work with Distribution department to move out or barter.
-Process all payables and code in timely manner and balance account records
-Assist AR team collect outstanding invoices form customers/brokers
Sales Administrator Skills:
-Must have an associate degree or higher
-Must have 2-5 years of experience in the broker or food industry
-Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience in Inventory, logistics, retail grocery, e-com food, Ethnic market, food & beverage industry (distributer) etc. preferred
