Onward Search is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based opportunity in a rural Washington school district. This is an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit educational community. Travel contracts are available, as well.

Position Details:

• Location: Rural school district in Washington
• Schedule: Full-time, 7 hours/day
• Start Date: 2025–2026 School Year
• Caseload: Approx. 1,500 students district-wide
• Team: You will be splitting the caseload with another experienced OT
• Buildings Covered: 6 total – 1 Pre-K, 3 Elementary, 1 Middle School, 1 High School

Requirements:

• Active Washington OT License
• Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification
• Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required
