Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (No relo, hybrid onsite 3 days)
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; adept at escalation and resolution.
- Hands-on, veteran-level experience, beyond just process facilitation.
- Background in e-commerce, travel , or related industries and CSM preferred.
