Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our professional security team. The position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property.
Primary Responsibilities - Conduct systematic surveillance and patrol of hotel premises, casino floor, and exterior areas
- Execute regular security rounds utilizing foot patrol, bicycle, or authorized company vehicles
- Implement emergency response protocols and procedures when required
- Manage and control access to restricted areas through proper key management procedures
- Maintain detailed documentation and incident reports according to established protocols
- Perform additional security duties as assigned by management
This position requires vigilance and professionalism in maintaining the security and safety standards of our establishment.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Physical capability to maintain continuous mobility throughout assigned shift
- Ability to perform essential physical functions including lifting, reaching, kneeling, and bending as required for security operations
- Previous casino security experience or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Must obtain and maintain all necessary security certifications and licenses as required by state regulations and company policy
Additional Requirements - Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
