Job Description

PSA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including estate planning, probate, immigration law, and environmental law. This position requires excellent legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to manage complex cases and provide exceptional client service. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through their legal challenges while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Advise clients on estate planning options, immigration matters, and environmental regulations, providing clear guidance tailored to their needs.
• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to develop case strategies and share best practices.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas to provide informed counsel to clients.

• Strong proficiency in legal administrative tasks with a focus on efficiency and organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
