Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of civil rights litigation in federal and state forums
• Conduct thorough investigations of alleged constitutional violations
• Draft and argue pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs
• Manage all discovery, including depositions and document production
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and exhibits for trial
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals
• Offer strategic legal guidance on compliance with civil rights statutes
• Collaborate across internal teams and with external co-counsel

Qualifications:
• 9+ years of litigation experience with a civil rights or constitutional law focus
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility for prompt admission
• Proven courtroom and trial experience in complex matters
• Excellent legal research and writing capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple cases and manage deadlines
• Skilled in using legal research and e-discovery tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.)
