About the Role

The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager - is responsible for developing and executing customer & brand strategies that enhance the visibility, market share, and profitability of Pressed Juicery's product portfolio. They execute the brand's positioning, messaging, and overall wholesale marketing strategy in conjunction with Sr. Director of Wholesale Marketing, ensuring alignment with customer priorities, company goals and shopper needs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive brand performance and engage shoppers effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Shopper & Customer Marketing Strategy: Design, refine, and activate shopper-focused marketing strategies that drive trial, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty within our expanding wholesale channel.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze consumer, category, and performance data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities/trends, and optimize wholesale initiatives to drive growth.
  • Product Launches & Commercialization: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to market launch plans for new items. Create sell-in materials and presentations to support new distribution of items across channels. Collaborate, develop channel & customer strategy to ensure our assortment, positioning is on-brand and aligned with consumer demands.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a connective tissue across Marketing, Digital, Retail, Operations, Creative, and Sales teams to drive consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.
  • Drive Local Activation: Work closely with Field Marketing teams to execute in-store demos, sampling events, pop-ups, and local collaborations that deliver measurable brand engagement and sales lift.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, track brand health metrics, and continually refine strategies based on analytics and business outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Manage wholesale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Work a schedule that aligns with business and performance needs.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in brand management within the Beverage industry.
  • Track record of successfully leading brand strategy, campaign development, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, SPINS, IRI) to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen understanding of consumer trends.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
