Join a leading energy services organization in a highly impactful 6-month contract-to-hire role as a Business Solutions Manager focused on Reporting & Analytics (R&A). You will be a technical champion, instrumental in transforming the R&A value stream and modernizing key reporting functions. Key Responsibilities
Drive the R&A technology roadmap, serving as a technical champion to support, maintain, and enhance the value stream and transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive shared service reporting strategy, applying advanced statistical techniques for data analysis to generate business insights.
Ensure robust process governance and regulatory compliance within R&A, managing cross-functional projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and certifications.
10+ years of relevant experience in SAP techno-functional support, consulting, or corporate financial systems with a focus on SAP Reporting, BI, and Data Warehouse.
Proven expertise in implementing SAP reporting solutions with a focus on automation, optimization, and hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau report building.
Strong data and analytics acumen, with expertise in cross-functional integrations between various SAP Modules and applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting challenging deadlines.
This role is for an experienced R&A leader ready to drive innovation, define technical strategy, and execute critical SAP reporting initiatives in a dynamic environment.
