Full-Time Pay Range: $40,000-$44,000 per year

Role Description:
WolfPak is hiring! This is a full-time, on-site role as a social media coordinator in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for work across social platforms including but not limited to:
- Coordinate, schedule, and publish content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to guide strategy and growth.
- Contribute to the creative development and concepting of upcoming social media campaigns.
- Engage with the community by monitoring comments, messages, and mentions to maintain strong brand presence.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, features, and best practices to help keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist with content production (e.g., short-form video, UGC collection, basic editing or design support).
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned across channels.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media coordination, marketing, or a related field (internship experience will be considered).
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and current trends.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and scheduling platforms
- A creative eye for visual storytelling; photo/video editing experience is a plus.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social content is a bonus, not required)
