Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Year-end completion bonus!

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Caldwell, ID. This is a full-time role, exclusively in-person, with caseloads designed to match your strengths and availability.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time

• Location: In-Person School-Based Role
• Start Date: ASAP
• Caseload: Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration
• Year-end completion bonus!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments
• Deliver individualized and small group therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Engage in school-based meetings and student-centered planning

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid Idaho DOE licensure in Speech Pathology
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
