Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Independent Contractor –Sponsorship Asset Management and Operations to oversee the fulfillment, tracking, and optimization of sponsorship assets. This role is ideal for a contractor with deep experience in sponsorship operations, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination. You will ensure that all sponsor commitments are executed flawlessly and that internal systems support efficient and scalable partnership operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management & Fulfillment

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all sponsorship assets (digital, physical, experiential, media, etc.).
• Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of sponsorship assets in alignment with contractual obligations.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for asset-related inquiries and execution timelines.

Operational Oversight

• Develop and manage workflows, tools, and documentation to support sponsorship fulfillment and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, content, legal) to ensure seamless execution of sponsor deliverables.
• Track asset usage and availability to prevent overcommitment or underutilization.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor and report on the status of asset delivery and sponsor engagement.
• Create post-activation reports summarizing asset performance, impressions, and ROI metrics.
• Recommend process improvements based on data insights and sponsor feedback.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure all sponsorship activations comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and partner expectations.
• Conduct regular audits of sponsorship deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sponsorship operations, partnership fulfillment, or brand activation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in asset tracking tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Contractor Expectations:

• Must be able to attend the majority of the Atlanta Dream home games.
• Flexible hours with availability for key meetings and deadlines.
• Contract duration: 6 months
