Join a bold, rapidly growing AgTech robotics startup building the future of farming from the ground up—and we need a hands-on systems programmer to join our Seattle-based team.
What you’ll do:
- Design and optimize real-time, bare-metal systems using C/C++/Rust
- Develop and debug embedded Linux systems (systemd, networking, kernel interfaces)
- Containerize and deploy distributed services using Docker
- Write software that interacts directly with hardware under real-world constraints
- Prioritize determinism and reliability for real-time robotic systems
- Collaborate with a fast-moving team to ship production-ready code
- Troubleshoot edge cases with creativity and limited resources
- Communicate clearly, directly, and constructively
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years building and shipping real systems
- Comfortable with low-level programming and embedded environments
- A scrappy, resourceful mindset and a love for problem-solving
- Willingness to be on-site in Seattle—robots don’t do remote
