Our client brought the Contingent Workforce program inhouse and needs 2 resources who have worked for a Managed Staffing Program in the recent past.

Need experience with the following:

VMS systems such as Beeline, Fieldglass or Taleo
Understanding of labor laws. Especially state overtime rules
Understanding of staffing and payroll
Must have great communication skills - heavy interaction with hiring managers, HR, staffing firms
Detail oriented and works well in fast paced, changing environment
Ability to understand technology jobs and drive requirements from management
Should be professional but assertive when having to communicate with consultants. and staffing vendors
