The position focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
About the Role - Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Partner with internal teams to align on candidate qualifications, timelines, and recruitment goals. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Evaluate recruitment processes continuously and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, the candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Other duties as assigned.
