Job Description: As a Full-Time Title Examiner, you'll be an integral part of our team, by searching real estate records, examining titles, and summarizing pertinent legal documents to prepare a title commitment to provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review assigned files and conduct thorough title examinations.
  • Research public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other documents to identify defects, encumbrances, or other issues that may affect property ownership or transferability.
  • Compile and summarize findings in a clear, accurate title report for internal and client use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
  • Support other departments as needed to contribute to overall operational success.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities
  • High-level critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in the title industry is preferred, but not required for all positions
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
Working Hours: This is a full-time, in-office position from 9 AM to 6 PM.
