Title: UX Researcher cum Designer

Location: New York, NY/ Dallas, TX

Job Description:

Research

Own end-to-end research function for the pod: Plan, design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (discovery, usability testing, customer interviews, survey design, and synthesis.)
Collaborate closely with our Lead Designer and Client Design Director to inform, shape, and validate design decisions.
Plan and conduct concept and prototype testing using leading platforms (e.g., UserTesting.com, Maze, Dscout, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can lead research independently in a small team setup.
Apply appropriate research frameworks based on business needs.

Design

Strong command of Figma - you can collaborate within design systems, edit components, and contribute to production-ready designs.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design System.
Facilitate collaborative sessions to deliver user journey mapping, persona development, or experience workshops.
