Title: VP, Investment Banking (CLO Warehousing & Corporate ABS)

Office Status: Hybrid – Stamford, CT

Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000

Overview:

Our client, a global investment bank with an expanding presence in the structured credit and private markets space, is seeking a VP-level hire to join their securitization team. This group is deeply involved in structuring, underwriting, and distributing transactions across CLOs, corporate ABS, and related private credit products. It’s an excellent opportunity to step into a visible role within a lean, high-performing team that works cross-border, partnering with both U.S. and European clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the structuring, execution, and distribution of transactions within CLO warehousing, corporate ABS, and related asset-backed financing structures.
• Work closely with private credit managers, institutional investors, and internal stakeholders to originate and execute deals.
• Perform credit and structural analysis on prospective transactions, including collateral evaluation and cash flow modeling.
• Drive due diligence processes and coordinate across internal functions such as trading, finance, legal, and risk.
• Prepare and review transaction documentation, investor materials, and rating agency submissions.
• Support relationship management and new business development efforts with both existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and participate in developing new products and financing structures aligned with private credit market evolution.
• Partner with senior management to identify opportunities for strategic growth within the structured credit platform.
• Contribute to global deal flow by collaborating with colleagues across regions, particularly in transatlantic opportunities.
