LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a leading food ingredients company with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. In this role, you’ll focus on precise product labeling, organized storage, and supporting smooth inventory and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately label all products according to specifications and requirements.
• Verify and apply correct shipping labels and documentation before packaging.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve labeling or shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficiency.
• Assist with receiving shipments, verifying packing slips, and confirming product details.
• Package items securely for safe transport, ensuring labeling consistency.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports for accurate label and shipping tracking.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality standards (including GMP, PPE, and food safety regulations).
• Support corrective actions for labeling/shipping errors and help meet operational targets.
• Perform other warehouse functions as needed to ensure operational flow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail in labeling, picking, and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $17–$19/hour based on experience.
