About the Opportunity : We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Leader to join our team in Gastonia, NC! Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish. This position involves a variety of tasks such as maintaining inventory, organizing shipments, and fulfilling orders. You will also lead a small warehouse team. Responsibilities :

Lead : Lead the warehouse team.

Receiving & Processing Shipments :

• Unload and unpack incoming shipments.
• Verify accuracy and check for damage.
• Label and store products in designated areas.

Inventory Management :

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Report any discrepancies or damages.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are available.

Order Fulfillment :

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Scan barcodes and check order accuracy.
• Print and apply shipping labels.

Warehouse Operations :

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Other Duties :

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Required Skills :

• Bilingual: Able to communicate in both Spanish and English.
• Warehouse leadership experience: At least two years as a leader in a warehouse.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in managing inventory and fulfilling orders.
• Organization: Ability to keep the warehouse clean and well-organized.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Communication: Clear communication with team members and supervisors.
• Equipment Experience: Forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment experience.
• Basic Computer Skills: Use of scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
