RB Royal is a family-owned manufacturing company located in Fond du Lac, WI.

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday | 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek and three-day weekends.

Core Responsibilities

• Select welding equipment and plan layouts for welding and assembly of shop orders.
• Layout, position, align, and fit components to drawing and print specifications.
• Secure and weld parts with attention to warpage and metal fatigue.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with assembly drawings and engineering specifications.
• Straighten parts as needed using heat, presses, clamps, or other approved methods.
• Assemble parts per assembly drawings and engineering instructions.
• Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and rewelding per instructions or blueprints.
• Support prototype development and job estimating as needed.
• Assist with training operators on robotic welding processes and part loading (as applicable).

Skills Critical for Success

• Associate degree or equivalent from a technical school preferred.
• Minimum of one year of TIG welding experience.
• Experience welding stainless steel required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts.
• Exposure to additional joining processes (MIG welding, laser welding, induction brazing) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong reliability, dependability, and team communication skills.
