We are looking for a  Wholesale Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of wholesale operations from order processing to final delivery. The ideal candidate will combine analytical insight with hands-on coordination, playing a vital role in scaling our growing wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end wholesale order process, including processing sales orders, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating shipping schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the purchasing department to forecast needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any logistical issues that may impact delivery timelines.
• Support ongoing improvements in operational systems and workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in wholesale operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a consumer goods or fashion-related industry.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across departments and with external partners.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
