Job Description

Eden Rose has been tasked with finding an exceptional funds attorney to join a leading firm for their SF or Palo Alto office.

This role will offer the candidate an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio across some of the worlds largest Investment funds.

Key Experience Required:

• Advising clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds.
• Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription agreements.
• Providing guidance on regulatory and compliance issues
• Supporting clients in complex transactions, including investments, acquisitions, and exits.
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, securities laws, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in private funds or investment management at a law firm or in-house role
