Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources to translate complex data into usable information for management team decision-makers
Perform data cleaning and data transformation as necessary to ensure accurate information is ready for analysis
Follow institutional data management protocols to ensure data and reports are accurate, secured, and distributed according to institutional policies
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies to assist with maintaining data quality. Collaborate with employees and department leaders to facilitate data entry resolutions
Support historical data migration between multiple data sources to ensure an accurate and centralized repository student information
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related industry experience
Minimum of 5 years of business experience collecting and analyzing data, building reports, or designing dashboards
Minimum of 2 year of managing and extracting data within CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI
Proficient skills in MS Office software products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project and ability to learn additional software products
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new data analysis tools and methodologies
Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and interact with students, colleagues, and others
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; dedicated to quality, quantity, results and timeliness
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment
