Job Description

I am currently partnered with an exciting client who is looking to grow their Development team! We are looking for two Development Chemists to join their growing team. You will be responsible for conducting, documenting, and coordinating analytical testing in support of product development, method validation, and regulatory submissions.

Duties :

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability studies in line with GMP/GLP standards.
• Support method development, transfer, validation, and verification activities.
• Conduct cleaning validation and specialized studies (e.g., holding time, secondary standard qualification, competitive product analysis).
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instrumentation (HPLC, GC, IR, etc.).
• Train junior chemists, review work for accuracy, and assist with problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical chemistry within pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, USP standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on expertise with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, IR.
