Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Assistant Project Manager based in Northern NJ. The Assistant Project Manager will oversee kitchen and bath remodeling projects, manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.

Daily tasks include project planning, resource allocation, team leadership, and client communications. The Assistant Project Manager will also be responsible for addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Project Planning, and Resource Allocation skills
• Construction/Project experience
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating with contractors
• Strong client communication and customer service skills
• Time management and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of kitchen remodeling or home improvement is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
