We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Jacksonville office. Our practice handles a high volume of cases, primarily involving commercial vehicle accidents, government liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate cases both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Participate in depositions, including plaintiffs and expert witnesses.
• Work full-time in the office to foster collaboration and learning among team members.
• Engage in trial preparation and potentially attend trials alongside senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil law.
• Strong trial preparation skills and experience with depositions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to office culture and collaboration.
