Tiello is partnered with a leading provider of roofing solutions, specializing in commercial reroofing projects. We're expanding and seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing PM/Estimator to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing PM/Estimator to join our team at Tiello in Orlando, FL. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for our commercial roofing and construction projects. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, contributing to the success of our bids and strengthening our relationships with stakeholders. Your contributions will play a key role in Tiello’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for commercial roofing and construction projects.
• Process RFPs, RFQs, and internal pricing requests.
• Draft, review, and deliver proposals to clients.
• Work with Project Managers and Marketing to coordinate proposal efforts.
• Qualify sub-tier bids for compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with bidding regulations and project goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing materials, construction processes, and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficient in estimating software (BlueBeam, Primavera, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
