Job Description

About us

At cabi, we believe fashion is better with friends. We aren’t just a clothing brand; we’re a community-driven movement that empowers women to live with purpose through personal styling and entrepreneurship. From our seasonal Collections to the Heart of cabi Foundation, everything we do is rooted in connection, confidence, and "doing well to do good."

The Role

We are looking for a creative, fashion-forward Content Writer to join our team. You will be the voice of cabi, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our community of Stylists and customers. You’ll transform seasonal trends into "must-have" stories and turn our mission of empowerment into inspiring digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Brand Storytelling: Write engaging blog posts, articles, and "The Notion" magazine features that highlight our collections and the success of our Stylists.
  • Product Copy: Craft evocative product descriptions for our seasonal launches, focusing on the "cabi fit," fabric quality, and styling versatility.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Develop copy for email marketing, social media captions (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), and landing pages that drive engagement and sales.
  • Community Support: Create instructional and inspirational content to help our Stylists grow their businesses and master the "cabi Experience."
  • SEO & Strategy: Use SEO best practices to increase website visibility while maintaining a warm, relational brand voice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure a consistent message across all "Style with Heart" initiatives.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Storyteller: You have a way with words and can shift easily from high-fashion editorial to heartfelt mission-driven prose.
  • Relational & Empathetic: You understand the power of community and write in a way that makes every reader feel seen and included.
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "the little details"—the perfect peplum, the subtle beadwork, and the error-free copy.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or social selling.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of editorial, product, and marketing copy.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and digital marketing trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Benefits

  • Health/Dental/Vision
  • Significant discount on cabi clothing.
  • Opportunities to participate in Foundation events and seasonal "Scoop" launch experiences.
