Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: San Francisco, CA. Hybrid 3 days remote, 2 days onsite

Job Type: Contract 3-6 with possible conversion

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Admin to provide critical administrative and compliance support to a team managing leasing operations. This contract role is based in San Francisco and plays a key part in ensuring accurate tracking and execution of lease agreements, billing processes, insurance compliance, and system updates. The role involves collaboration with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new lease transactions in the internal lease management platform
  • Process billing for lease payments, maintenance reserves, security deposits, and other transaction types
  • Monitor receivables and assist in collecting overdue balances
  • Support the preparation and reconciliation of maintenance reserve data
  • Assist in maintenance rate escalations and data entry in the lease system
  • Analyze data for billing purposes
  • Manage insurance renewals and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Oversee documentation and communication for air navigation fees and related vendor coordination
  • Generate and distribute regular reports to financial partners and clients
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, and technical teams
  • Participate in internal system maintenance and process improvements
  • Take on special projects and follow internal policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and manage complex contract documentation
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with lease management systems (such as Leasepoint) is a plus
