Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Lead the planning and operation of internal and external communication channels, i.e. WeChat, website, etc.via close collobrations with HQ communications team and local stakeholders;
  • Manage the corporate narrative and branding toolkit like company brochures, corporate slides deck, regular updates upon business needs while ensure global CVI compliance;
  • Participate in the planning and lead to execute internal events & disease education campaigns via working with relevant stakeholders including KOLs, media, government, etc.;
  • Partner with China management, business functions to plan and execute communication event / message to support business strategies;
  • Support with issues management relevant work, etc.
REQUIREMENT:

  • Solid content development skills, in news writing, video storyline and script, etc.
  • Process oriented, ensure process compliance in all activities and events execution.
  • Highly motivated, focused, detail-oriented, highly organized and result-driven;
  • Customer oriented, ideally a pleasant, passionate and sociable character that enjoys communicating with various stakeholders to reach consensus;
  • Team player; collaborator with can do attitude;
  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in internal communications or PR/event experiences;
  • University degree in Communication, Journalism, English or Social Sciences; Master's Degree is a plus.
