🔍 The Role
The Corporate Finance Associate will support budgeting, forecasting, valuation modeling, integration work, and performance analysis across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain advanced financial models including valuation, forecasting, scenario, and LTM models
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
• Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to recent acquisitions
• Perform capital planning, cash flow analysis, and portfolio performance evaluations
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support corporate strategy
• Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership to align financial insights with business decisions
🎯 Ideal Background
• 2 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or midstream/upstream energy finance
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including valuation and scenario modeling
• Ability to interpret financial statements, KPIs, and operational drivers
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or corporate development is a plus
• Comfortable working in a lean, high-visibility environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
