Purpose of Job :

The role is to provide support to the Partner Results Team, as well as take lead on supporting initiatives including meeting logistics, project projections and tracking, information sharing, and a high touch customer- Support Center relationship. The Distributor Development Coordinator oversees the entire Distributor Development process from start to finish including: coordinating with IOT operations, the finance department, legal, directly with Leadership teams from DBU, NAC, Marketing and Supply Chain.

Job Components:

  • Coordinate with cross functional business units and team including Distributor business unit finance, legal, real estate, store systems, IT, merchandising, marketing, training and store operations on resources and effort to achieve project goals
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Lead planning meetings with team to define goals, objectives and major milestones.
  • Track project deliverables throughout the life of all projects.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Manage, update and coordinate for the Partner Results Team.
  • Communicate information effectively with all business channels of organization.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  • Create, manage and distribute meeting minutes/summaries.
  • Manage and update edits, assignments and communication to other impacted areas, such as EOne, IBAPP, SalesForce
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project and direct process improvement activities
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and to achieve the overall objectives of the sales area while keeping management advised on progress and work status
  • Provide all administrative support to the Partner Results Team

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel using formulas and tables, and ability to export into PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Works well with management, peers and subordinates, self motivated and team player
  • Working knowledge of personal computer and all MS Office products
  • Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent business experience
  • Strong people skill and ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to apply mathematical concepts and create spreadsheets and read financial data
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize their importance and meet deadlines
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts
  • Ability to effectively present information to sales managers
  • Ability to travel if needed

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
