Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is seeking an Engineering Technician III with TS/SCI Clearance for a role at Lackland Air Force Base (AFB) in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze network design
• Conducting engineering tests and troubleshooting on server validation platforms.
• Technical functions in support of engineering
• Experimental testing to collect data and assist in research work.
• Performing initial reviews of test results and uploading output data to appropriate repositories.
• Troubleshooting when validation platforms fail to yield desired results.
• Communicate results and prompt notification of any gating issues.
• Support cross-functional engineers
• Build, configure, and test server validation platforms.
• Installation of various PC operating systems and software applications
• Configure/operate industry-standard test and measurement equipment for debugging and data collection.
• Installation and configuration of network KVMs and power distribution units.
• The work involves functions such as research, data analysis, development, design, evaluation, inspection, problem solving, production, application, standardization, testing, or operation of engineering facilities, structures, systems, processes, equipment, devices, or materials.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Education: Two Year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working in an Engineering Technician capacity
• Experience working with COMSEC Equipment
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of issues in Windows/Linux OS environments
• Knowledge of general validation and automation principles
