Facilities Maintenance Technician

$30– $42/hour

A growing distribution operation is expanding in Ohio and hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of its world-class buildings—inside and out.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general facility repairs and minor painting, carpentry, and building projects
• Maintain and troubleshoot lighting, HVAC, and generator systems
• Inspect and maintain fire protection systems
• Repair and install plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities
• Maintain doors, locks, and hardware
• Set up or reconfigure office furniture and workstations

Salary: $30– $42/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to lift/move up to 70 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
