This team advises borrowers, lenders, issuers, equity investors, sponsors, financial advisors, and agents-offering a comprehensive view of the capital structure and real-time insights into market trends.
What You'll Bring: ✅ 3+ years of leveraged finance experience
✅ Strong background representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and/or agents
✅ Experience with domestic and cross-border acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and reorganizations
✅ Exposure to middle market lending and alternative financiers (BDCs, hedge funds, non-bank lenders) is a plus
✅ Ability to lead key aspects of transactions from diligence through closing
