We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a true Finance Business Partner, providing critical financial insights that drive our business strategy and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive sector and a proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the development of the annual/ semi-annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Analyze business trends and provide data-driven support to align operational goals with corporate profit targets.
• Management Reporting: Perform monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual), and create comprehensive, multi-dimensional management reports to track business performance.
• Business Partnership: Serve as a key finance partner to business units, providing professional financial guidance to support strategic decision-making on pricing, promotions, and channel strategies.
• Cost Management: Manage marketing expenditures and develop robust evaluation frameworks to monitor and optimize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Risk & Compliance: Oversee process reviews to identify and mitigate financial and internal control risks.
• Process Improvement: Streamline and optimize financial processes to ensure seamless integration between financial systems and business operations, maintaining data integrity and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• 8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering, preferably within the international finance or automotive industry .
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong aptitude for working with numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ; hands-on experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is required.
• Professional working proficiency in English is essential.
