Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Çimsa Americas Team!

As Financial Controller at Çimsa Americas you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring and controlling the accuracy of accounting data entered in the financial systems and providing financial reporting outputs in line with company policy,
• Consolidating the financial data of business units in USA and reporting by making periodic KPI follow-ups,
• Creating budget and estimated figures together with other departments and tracking variable and fixed costs, root cause analysis for budget and actual figures, detailing CAPEX planning and cash flow, etc.
• Regularly monitoring all kinds of stock levels of the company, communicating and informing with the production and cost department,
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and reporting them to the head office and other relevant departments,
• Making Treasury Reports,
• Being involved in all audit processes and preparation of tax returns,
• Getting involved and leading in IT SAP projects,
• Supporting management with P&L focused projects.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• More than 3 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Controlling in a multinational company,
• Audit experience in Big Four audit companies is a plus,
• Having experience in IFRS,
• Having experience in SAP, (is preferable)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Good analytical and problem solving skills,
• High level of energy and self motivation,
• Native level of English is a must,
• Residency and work permits in USA are mandatory.
