Full-Time Nanny for 1-Year-Old – Las Vegas, NV 58,240 - $68,640 per year

A private family in Las Vegas is seeking a warm, experienced, and reliable full-time nanny to care for their 1-year-old son. This is a long-term, live-out position for someone who is proactive, nurturing, and comfortable working in a household with a stay-at-home parent.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $25–$33/hour, depending on experience

• Benefits:   2 Weeks Paid Vacation/ 2 Sick days/ 3 Personal days. Major Federal Holidays off & Paid

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Commitment: Long-term

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for a healthy 1-year-old
• Support age-appropriate developmental milestones
• Plan and engage in enriching activities (indoor and outdoor play, reading, etc.)
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment for the child
• Prepare light snacks or meals as needed for the child
• Partner respectfully with a stay-at-home parent who is home part-time

• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience caring for infants or toddlers in a private home
• Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and nurturing
• Must be a fast learner and adapt easily to family preferences
• Must be a safe and confident driver with your own vehicle
• Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA required upon hire)
• Musical interest is a plus (the family has a piano/keyboard in the home)
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have U.S. work authorization

Additional Notes:

• There are no pets in the home
• Swimming is not required, though it's a plus (there is a pool on the property)
• Minimal driving required, but driving competency and reliable transportation are essential
• The family values privacy and is seeking a nanny who can be trusted to maintain discretion
