THIS IS A TWO MONTH CONTRACT - HYBRID SCHEDULE: M - TH ONSITE, F FROM HOME

Are you a visionary designer with a passion for CPG? We're searching for a Senior Packaging & Branding Designer to join our client's dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute captivating branding and packaging concepts for new products, sub-brands, and seasonal collections, creating compelling visual systems that resonate with consumers. You'll bring designs to life with photorealistic renderings using Keyshot and elevate our creative process by integrating AI-driven imagery. Your expertise in photography retouching and compositing will ensure a premium presentation for all packaging and marketing materials. You'll also design essential assets for e-commerce, retail, and marketing campaigns, all while maintaining a deep understanding of print production and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a primary focus on CPG branding and packaging.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence in consumer packaging, visual identity systems, and applied branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with expert-level design and layout skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Keyshot (or comparable rendering software) for product visualization.
  • Proven capability with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) and an understanding of how to integrate AI assets into professional design workflows.
  • Advanced photo retouching skills, including color correction, compositing, and creating clean, polished final imagery.
  • Deep knowledge of packaging production workflows, print specifications, and compliance considerations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders and clients.
